Pedophilia is surprisingly common. It is universal, actually, timeless. Both girls and boys are the objects of desire. They are strongly preferred by many men.
Why?
Pedophilia is ridiculous. The prepubescent cannot reproduce. Trying to breed with them is inarguably unnatural.
TO BE CLEAR: Young adults are not children. Immoral or not, illegal or not, it is entirely natural to breed with them.
Children are small. They are hairless and do not stink of body odor. They are curious and whimsical, restless and playful. They are weak and gullible. All of these traits are their sexual attractiveness.
An eight-year-old girl straddled my lap, facing me. She wore only a shirt and panties. She leaned her face close to mine and stared into my eyes. I removed her from my lap so I could watch what was on television. She was quite angered and I did not know why. Only later did I realize that she was getting frisky with me, in a way I did not expect from a child.
Though mothers understandably disapprove, children are sexual creatures. God created humanity male and female. Our species is sexual by design. Children are male and female. They are sexual by design.
An adult should never indulge with a child,
whether the child consents or not. The reason is quite simple: IMBALANCE. The
adult has the overwhelming advantages in size, strength and awareness. The “relationship”
is entirely one-sided.
The natural side of it actually comes from a big pool of what makes humanity so horrible. People generally don't care about anybody but themselves and tend to see others as objects that they can do stuff to if they can get away with it. Do not mistake natural for common or long-lasting. Humans have been horrible since their creation, and they will continue to be so. One of the reasons I have been trying to remove myself from them as much as I can.
ReplyDeleteThat said, having a thought and thinking about it is not the problem. Being opportunistic about it is what is the problem with most people. A lot of people would be pedophiles if they could get away with it. This is a deviant trait in humanity that goes back to the very beginning. It's locked in.
Yes, it is locked in. It is the same sin when the rich exploit the poor and the mighty oppress the powerless. The wicked are stirred by weakness and blame their victims for what happens. Unlike them, Jesus views the weaknesses of others as HIS problem. He is not contemptuous. He decides to use his strength to bear what they cannot.
DeleteIn fiction nothing should be left off the table as there is no actual victims. In reality people should never be used as our playthings. Indeed it is natural for Men to desire but we aren't animals, to indulge is to lose our humanity. The Way is to channel those desires into productivity in the name of The Father.
ReplyDeleteTemptation is not a sin. Fantasy is not reality. Good is not a lack of evil. To limit our thoughts and feelings is to stay small. To broaden our minds and to be honest with ourselves is to grow.
