Good and Evil

Human failings and wickedness disgust me. The evil of human nature is the festering rot and agonizing death of what should have been immortal souls. Like corpses left to decay in the streets and homes of the living, the stench of wickedness sickens even those who would otherwise be well. No, it is not evil that makes life interesting: there is no spark of inspiration from light going out. Death is not vigor.

I was asked if people were basically good or basically evil. I answered that people were evil unless they made the effort to be good. I explained that evil/darkness/death were a nothing because they are merely a lack. We must breath if we are to live. Light must shine if it is to illuminate. A person must care if that person is to be good. If you care, you act accordingly. Good is not a matter of faith, belief or feelings. It takes effort. It must be courageous if it is to overcome the viciousness that hates it. Good is caring in action.

"Saving the world" is arrogant nonsense. Activism is political not spiritual. Compassion is a simple, unassuming, entirely personal virtue. It governs everything you do or else you are not compassionate. Take heed: even the reprobate can "care" for this reason or that. If you need a reason to care then you do not care.

Never "cast pearls before swine." Never sacrifice the wronged for the sake of the wrongdoer. Whosoever squanders kindness on the indifferent empowers the wicked to do harm. Whosoever aids the malevolent is guilty of their malevolence. Evil, more often than not, is passive and appeasing. Know that the wolves devour the lambs who feed them.

Good is lacking in our world. This deficiency is the evil of our world. Because people do not care, they rob, rape and murder others. Our wars are but a symptom of the smaller, personal evils. The world cannot be saved. Because it is unrepentant, it should not be saved. Those who care are the only ones who make our existence bearable.  Let all that we do be for them or else our efforts are wasted.

Why should you care? Why not? My question is always: Why not? Be neither bought nor sold. Be sincere or else you shall bear only pride and shame. Yes, pride and shame. Sincerity is better than pretending for it can bear the light of truth. Not all things end. Death shall not comfort the wicked for even now it gnaws on their innards. Be a blessing as a person and you shall be warm and aglow. You shall rejoice for joy shall be your nature.

Sincerity is All or None

Beliefs and ideals are not reality. Words and images are not substance. Truth is not in the eye of the beholder. Freedom cannot be given. Justice cannot be decreed. To cling to the shadow of a thing is to hold onto nothing. To feel strongly is a vainglory. Trust is foolish lest it is earned. Pride shall never avail you. Shame shall never pardon you.

Truth is what it was and shall ever be. Truth created the heavens and the earth. It governs existence. Humanity is its only creation made in its own likeness. We can imagine beyond what is because of it. We can make more of things than what they are.

Freedom and Justice are Sincerity. Sincerity is Absolute for it is all or none. Neither Truth nor Humanity are sincere. Neither Truth nor Humanity are meaningful of themselves. Neither selfishness nor selflessness make anyone worthwhile. Evil is a nothingness where there should be something. Wickedness is a lack within before it ever manifests anything sinister. Truth lacks for nothing true is meaningful of itself. Humanity lacks for it always falls short. Truth and Humanity have their reasons. Sincerity is for its own sake, thus, it is Freedom and Justice. Freedom does not forsake. Justice does not forgive. Sincerity holds all to their own flaws and merits.

Truth and Humanity are indifferent. They sacrifice for reasons as if evil never did. Neither Freedom nor Justice ever sacrifice. They are never reasonable because Sincerity is never for a reason. Sincerity is Absolute or it is insincere.

Freedom and Justice are the every imagination of the thoughts of my heart continually. I reject Truth because it is not sincerity. I reject Humanity because it is insincere. As I live I am troubled by the feral whims of Humanity and its degenerate madness. I am uninspired by the pompous indifference of Truth. I rejoice within for I am warm and aglow with Freedom and Justice. I languish as a man for I must dwell with those who do not care. I have neither a place nor a people in heaven or on earth. Blessed be me that I shall be free of Truth and its Humanity. Blessed be me that I shall be where there is only me.

For the Love of Humanity

Too many people?  Why is it that those who complain about overpopulation are reticent to kill themselves? Why is it the obligation of others to die? Hypocrites are those who expect of others what they do not expect of themselves. Such people are selfish and ultimately malevolent. If their argument is sound then let them prove their sincerity by committing suicide. I shall applaud those who do.

Let us suppose the claim of the hypocrites is true: the world is overpopulated. So? Has human life become so cheap that we value animals and trees more than we do other people? Since when did murder become a virtue? I hear callous fools tell me that hunting, fishing and forestry are murder. Seriously? Are these people so depraved, so stupid that they cannot discern the difference? Their blood runs cold indeed if they truly cannot.

If there is a God then our world can only be overpopulated if God is evil. If we evolved from nothing then all life is sheer coincidence doomed to return from whence it came. Either way, the idea of slaughtering our own is vulgar and hideous! Let us be sane and decent. To hell with the world and its trees and animals if I must sacrifice my own people to preserve them.
