Morbid Sexy

Humans are sadomasochistic, and I do not mean this as an accusation. It has to do with flow and balance, the supposed duality of Creation. Sadism is the urge to have an effect. Masochism is the desire to be effected.

Tame is lukewarm. It cannot change the world. Extremes are required. “Be fruitful and multiply” is not only about reproduction. God designed humans to yearn to do things. Humans would not bother otherwise. Yes, humans do bad things because of these urges, such as rape and molest. So what?  It is better they do horrible things than nothing at all.

The prudes are not men and women of God. He is all flow and they stifle flow. The prudes offend his Spirit, for his Spirit is Freedom and the prudish disapprove of freedom.

The libertines are not men and women of God. They imbalance their society, causing what works to malfunction. They ignore justice in favor of rights, thus, they offend the Spirit of God, justice itself.

Sadomasochism is clean of itself, as all things are. It can be sublimated. It can provide energy for artistic endeavors. It becomes inspiration, stirring the loins through the eyes and into the mind and heart. The soul is invigorated.

Of course great evil comes of sadomasochism. It is great because of the sadomasochism! God knew what he was doing. In his wisdom, he made even the horrible things interesting.

Righteous Masculinity

Humanity is male and female. It is right and left. The masculine leans to the Right. The feminine leans to the Left. The species favors the masculine. The right is considered “right” accordingly.

Equality is the wishful thinking of lesser creatures. Defining it or redefining it as “fairness” or “equity” or whatever else does not matter. The truth is what it is, despite any sophistry or consensus to the contrary.

Women are traditionally not expected to fight, and rightly so. Men are stronger, faster, tougher and smarter. Yes, there are women stronger, faster, tougher or smarter than most men, but the best of women are never better than the best men.

Woman did not bring sin into the world. She is not to blame for the world being a failure. She was deceived. She knew not what she did.

Man brought sin into the world. He is to blame for the world being a failure. He was not deceived. He knew what he was doing. He was held accountable accordingly. He is still guilty. His every generation commits the same sin.

The sins of angels, demons and women are only a problem in this world because of the sins of men. They would be kept in check if men bothered to do what was right, as in be manly. Actual “toxic masculinity” is not men “mansplaining” or finding women sexy. It is men being boys instead of men: Doing what they want rather than what they should.

It is for MEN to do what is RIGHT.

Dreams as Words and Pictures

We know fiction is fake, yet we enjoy it if we find it amusing or can take it seriously. We can love or hate people we know are imaginary. We can be deeply moved by events we know did not happen.

Non-fiction is not always true. It can be mistaken or deliberately false, in part or as a whole. We learn from it, but if it is untrue, we can be misled if not outright deceived. We can be deeply moved by the events it claims, assuming they are true… only to become cynical when we realize they are not.

A book or documentary about history or science is only valid if credible. If discredited, it is useless. It is a thing to be discarded.

A book or movie about fantasies cannot be invalidated. It may be touted as historically or scientifically accurate but even if the supposed facts are discredited, the work itself is not… so long as it entertains.

I am a writer of weird fiction. I am often asked why I prefer weirdness to realism. I am often advised that I should write non-fiction, on the real world topics I discuss.

Reality is languages, disease and weapons of mass-destruction; none of which I find interesting. It is a world hopelessly corrupt. Its heroes fall short of superhuman, despite the propaganda and legends claiming otherwise. Its wars are seldom good against evil. No, I shall not be writing non-fiction. Well, I do so in snippets to make a point.

What is the point of imaginary realism? Why bother with fiction at all if reality is preferable anyway?

Non-fiction is about the outside, reality itself. Fiction is about the inside, our psyche. It is important that we understand the outside, so that we may deal with things as they truly are. It is especially important that we understand the inside, so we know our true selves.

Ukraine and Taiwan

The proudly Russian inhabitants of Ukraine celebrated the taking of their land by Russia. Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin pretended to be a liberator… even as he plotted to conquer a free people.

The President of the Russian Federation made a secret and subtle pact with Xi Jinping: DICTATOR TO DICTATOR. Russia would support the conquest of the free people of Taiwan… if China would support the conquest of Ukraine. Both tyrants would pretend to be liberating their victims. The children of the conquered would be brainwashed to believe the lie is true. Their lands would languish for their own supposed good.

Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin has done great good for his country… because Russia is a vessel for his own ego. He does love himself enough to care for his extended self.

TO BE CLEAR: Putin’s accusations against the West are not entirely unfounded. The fall of the Soviet Union was terrible for Russia, and the Russians asked for help. It was evil to forsake and betray these desperate people. It assured that a man like Putin would come to power.

Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin is not in trouble because he is against the West. His sin is not that he plotted against a country that was recently a province of his country. It is that he was willing to sacrifice a free people to do it. There is no sin where there is no knowledge of sin… and he did not realize that the Ukrainians were indeed a free people. He had no such ignorance about Taiwan.

Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin imagined evil against FREEDOM itself, not accidently but deliberately, and with plenty of time to think about it. Volodymyr Oleksandrovich Zelensky is proving the better man and his people are proving themselves the better people. Ukraine and its president are the forces of good against the forces of evil.

"But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty." 1 Corinthians 1:27

Female Villains

Not all stories have baddies. The protagonists may be challenged by a mindless thing, such as an animal, a fire, a disease or a natural disaster. The greatest fiction does have villains, however. Even if the main threat is otherwise, there is evil to contend with.

The significance of villains is that they are people as the problem. They are deliberately a threat. To contend with them is a clash of wills. Even if sympathetic, the villain is the will to evil personified.

Men have always been the warriors. Women are seldom combatants. The heroes and villains of action-adventure contend with each other violently, thus, the heroes and villains are traditionally male characters.

The heroine and the villainous dominatrix are not new, but they have only recently become somewhat common. The female characters of action-adventure are traditionally the damsel in distress and the seductress. The usual exceptions were the hero’s mother or the villain’s eye-candy girlfriend.

Society is more comfortable with the idea of a female character being a hero than a villain. She may slay men and all is well, since her victims are baddies. If she is harmed, it is by baddies, thus, our ideals are not subverted.

Society is uncomfortable with the idea of female villains. The very idea acknowledges that women may personify the will to evil. The sex of our mothers is vilified… and that is scary to us, who were all children. We are more comfortable with the idea that the female villain is not actually a villain, but rather the victim of the actual villain, turned to evil by him.

What if a woman is actually murderous… and not because a man drove her to it? She is a villain because she wants to do evil things, for whatever reason. Not only is she willing to kill, she delights in doing so.

Not every villain, male or female, is reprobate. The character may have a truly sensible reason for his or her villainy, even if it involves killing people. Crafting such a figment of imagination takes more effort and skill to get right, however. It is much easier to make a villain evil for the sake of evil, to suit the story as the protagonist’s foil.

Limiting female villains to always being sympathetic marginalizes female characters in action-adventure entirely. Imaginary women must be allowed to thrive in the full spectrum of the genre. They must be allowed to be the best or worst people in their stories… or else being “female” shall mean “inferior” as a figment of imagination.

Sex and Bodies

DEAD WOMEN are thematically distinct in fiction from the idea of dead men. The women are assumed were helpless victims whereas men are assumed slain in battle.

Traditionally, when the woman who dies is an important character, she is the true love of the protagonist. She succumbs to a disease or is murdered by the villain. Her death or pending death sets the story in motion either way.

When the man who dies is an important character, it is as the villain paying for his villainy or the hero sacrificing himself to save the day. His end ends the story either way.

When the woman who dies is unimportant, it is typically as the easy victim of a murderous stranger. She may be shown cringing and screaming, even if the violence itself is not actually shown. Her death is eroticized, probably by having her killed while naked or half naked.

When the man who dies is unimportant, it is typically as one of many slaughtered in a confrontation. If not, he is the victim of some threat or accident. His death is to be instead of main characters, villains or heroes.

A man as the true love of the protagonist is only manly if he dies protecting her. He is considered a weakling otherwise, even if the killer can kill most people quite easily.

A woman dying as the villain paying for her villainy is no different than when the antagonist is male, except that sensibilities make her demise tragic for no other reason than she is female. If she is the heroine sacrificing herself to save the day, she is deemed especially heroic.

A man as the easy victim of a murderous stranger is dismissed as a weakling, especially if he is shown cringing and screaming. People are more apt to be amused than horrified, even if the man is supposedly an innocent victim.

A woman as one of many slaughtered in a confrontation is rather unexpected, especially if she is one of the combatants. A nameless woman as the victim of a threat or accident is mourned as a matter of principle, even if she is a baddie.

Why is the idea of women being dead different than men being dead? How are these imaginary corpses any different as figments of imagination? SEX! We understand that men wage war and women are often the spoils of war. With such in mind, we expect the expected combatants to perish. We expect the expected spoils to be taken alive. We expect our fiction to ring true accordingly.

Organized Bad Girls Imagined

As a writer and illustrator of fiction, I create armies of female baddies for them to be hopelessly outmatched by heroes. These sexy antagonists stand around guarding with their backs to corners or corridors. When they attack, they charge headlong in crowds. Their bodies are left sprawled about as the heroes continue on to confront the final boss.

Things are different when heroes are not the enemy. I mean “heroes” in the classical sense, as in superhuman warriors.

Fiction is not always about heroes. It can be about ordinary people too. Someone normal may be the main character. In such a case, the foot soldiers of villainy are threats to be feared. It may be better to hide from them than to fight them. If they must be fought, it shall be as equals, thus, the results of the violence shall most likely prove tragic, no matter who wins.

A story may be a war story, as a violent drama rather than as an action-adventure. Armies fight each other, whether conventionally or as a guerilla war. The combat may be at sea or in the air or in outer space. Unless commanding officers, the main characters are lost in a crowd of combatants. We experience the war from their perspective as they strive to not only win, but to survive.

I tend to write related stories. They are fiction in a shared universe. An army of female baddies may be soldiers to slaughter with pathetic ease in one story, but not in another. It depends on what characters are the focus. The very same female baddies may be scary in another tale, or not even the baddies if the story is told from their perspective.

Christian Pornography

Homosexuality. Pedophilia. Necrophilia. Bestiality. Interesting that the natural impulse to reproduce has spawned preferences that do nothing for reproduction. They are common however. The desire to indulge in them is very strong.

Why would God curse people with overwhelming desires to do what is sinful?

When Jesus was baptized, he was filled with the Holy Spirit. He was overwhelmed with a strangeness that was everything unto itself. The rules did not apply because the Spirit was not of the rules or of the source of these rules. It was alien, not just in part, but absolutely, for it is the very absolute. The sexuality of Jesus became unlimited. He imagined homosexuality and pedophilia and necrophilia and bestiality… and they became possible accordingly… for Jesus was and is and shall always be the Word of God. He created reality, and decided its every possibility.

Yes, Jesus Christ is quite literally omnisexual. He is the first because sexuality, in its every version, began with him. He is the last because he alone has every preference.

The Tutor is one of the Twenty-four Elders, a personal friend of God. For love of the Father, he adores the Son and cares for the Spirit. This man, the Tutor, creates pornography… in the name of the Son for love of the Father and in accordance with the Spirit. He worships God by sublimating the interests Jesus gave him into art and fiction.

The Tutor was not cursed with overwhelming desires that are sinful. He was blessed with them… because they are not actually sinful. They are the ideas of Jesus Christ that inspire him… by arousing him. Like his Father in heaven, the Tutor is an artist, first and foremost.
